Aid trip December 2022

With help from foundation De Leeuw Kyïv, I was able to bring about 20 generators to different places in Ukraine. Together with Iryna Gura we fundraised for a large generator for a hospital in Bila Tserkva. And I brought a number of fishing nets to Khmelnitskyi, so volunteers there could make more camouflage nets for the defenders.

I met with fellow-volunteers in L'viv, brought supplies to Korosten, Kyïv, Bila Tserkva, Vinnytsia and Chernivtsy. Newyears I spent with friends in Chernivtsy; our first Newyears during the war. After having spent some time with friends, it was time to go home. I picked up a young woman with her dog in Lutsk, on her way to Austria, fleeing from Kyïv.
